Our Handcrafted Beers

SkyLight Golden Lager

Light in body. Light in color. A traditional Munich style Helles. Very crisp and refreshing. Excellant with grilled fish, chicken, pizzas and pork. Excellent with light pasta dishes, seafood and salads.

Aidan Michael's Amber Lager

A malty, easy drinking amber beer. Originally developed in Northern Germany. It's true style is called Altbier. Ale yeast fermented at lager temperatures. Pairs nicely with spicier dishes and or red meat.

Winkle Lager Pilsener

Beautiful golden, dry brew originally hailing from Czechoslovakia. Similar to SkyLight but a little more body, more hops and more attitude. Excellent contrast to salads with vinaigrettes.

Barrell 28 Brewer's Choice

This is where our Brewmaster gets to play. Barrel 28 will change from time to time according to seasonality and attitude. Just ask "what's in Barrel 28?" Also brewed for those seeking fresh alternatives.

Highland Diesel Scotch Ale

A sturdy big beer for the Bravehearted. Brilliant reddish amber with big malty tones. Silky smooth and creamy with a hint of smokiness. Great contrast with very spicy foods and pairs well with steaks.

Iron Mitts Irish Stout

Traditional Irish favorite with a dry, roasty, esspresso like character. Not too thick and chewy or bitter. Goes well with shellfish, salads and savory dishes. Also makes an interesting ice cream float.

Cliffside Black Lager

Light in body yet black as pitch. A very drinkable black beer for those who are afraid of the dark. Faint and subtle dry cocoa notes. Pairs nicely with pork or beef dishes made with brown sauces.

City View London Porter

This working man's beer has a gorgeous deep ruby color and delicious chocolaty, malty character. A British staple for two hundred years. Compliments some Mexican dishes and goes great with desserts.
